How do I track my Order?

Can I make changes to an existing order?

What’s the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 3 Working days across Pakistan. Please expect an additional delay due to any extreme weather conditions.

How do I pay?

We at Niovani accept multiple payment options during checkout, such as Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and payment through a Credit Card powered by bSecure.

How do I exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange it within 30 days by sending it back to our head office and selecting a new product. Similary, Niovani may facilitate a reverse pickup depending on your city.

If you’d like a refund, please ship the products back to our head office and we will refund a 100% of your payment once the products at received at our doorstep within 7 working days.
